Open up the wikitext editor and attempt to switch to VE. It no longer works.
Clicking has no effect and you remain on the wikitext editor.

On Chrome and Firefox.

Issue seems to be in VisualEditor
exception 'MWException' with message 'ResourceLoaderFileModule::readStyleFile:
