Checked in betalabs useskin=monobook: it seems that vi-ui-overlay 127%; when
applied to text in dialogs still gets overwritten with em settings from

body
font: x-small sans-serif;

For example

.ve-ui-mwMediaSearchWidget-noresults {
padding-top: 1em;
}

or
.ve-ui-mwSaveDialog-license {
font-size: 0.85em;
